The working principle of the PVB-PVQ series hydraulic piston pump is as follows:
1. **Structural Composition**
The PVB-PVQ series hydraulic piston pump mainly consists of a cylinder block, pistons, swashplate, valve plate, drive shaft, and other components. The pistons reciprocate within the cylinder block, and the angle of the swashplate determines the stroke of the pistons.
2. **Oil Suction Process**
When the drive shaft rotates the cylinder block, the pistons move outward due to centrifugal force and spring action, increasing the volume inside the cylinder block and creating a vacuum. Hydraulic fluid is then drawn into the cylinder block through the suction port of the valve plate.
3. **Oil Discharge Process**
As the cylinder block continues to rotate, the swashplate pushes the pistons inward, reducing the volume inside the cylinder block. The hydraulic fluid is pressurized and discharged through the discharge port of the valve plate, entering the hydraulic system.
4. **Flow Regulation**
By adjusting the angle of the swashplate, the stroke of the pistons can be controlled, thereby regulating the pump's output flow. A larger swashplate angle results in greater flow, while a smaller angle reduces the flow.
5. **Pressure Control**
The system pressure is determined by the load. When the pressure exceeds the set value, a pressure control valve adjusts the swashplate angle to reduce the flow and prevent excessive pressure.
6. **Lubrication and Cooling**
The pump is lubricated and cooled by internal leakage of hydraulic fluid, which is returned to the tank through the leakage port.
