1. **Structural Composition**
The PVE series hydraulic piston pump mainly consists of the following components:
- **Cylinder Block**: Contains multiple piston bores.
- **Pistons**: Move reciprocally within the cylinder block.
- **Swashplate**: Controls the stroke of the pistons.
- **Valve Plate**: Responsible for the intake and discharge of hydraulic fluid.
- **Drive Shaft**: Transmits power to rotate the cylinder block.
2. **Oil Suction Process**
When the drive shaft rotates the cylinder block, the pistons move outward due to centrifugal force and spring action, increasing the volume inside the cylinder block and creating a vacuum. Hydraulic fluid is then drawn into the cylinder block through the suction port of the valve plate.
3. **Oil Discharge Process**
As the cylinder block continues to rotate, the swashplate pushes the pistons inward, reducing the volume inside the cylinder block. The hydraulic fluid is pressurized and discharged through the discharge port of the valve plate, entering the hydraulic system.
4. **Flow Regulation**
The flow rate of the PVE series pump is regulated by adjusting the swashplate angle:
- A larger swashplate angle results in a longer piston stroke and greater output flow.
- A smaller swashplate angle results in a shorter piston stroke and reduced output flow.
This design enables the PVE pump to achieve stepless flow regulation, adapting to different operational requirements.
5. **Pressure Control**
The system pressure is determined by the load. When the pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure control valve activates, adjusting the swashplate angle to reduce the flow output, thereby preventing excessive system pressure and ensuring safe operation.
6. **Lubrication and Cooling**
The pump is lubricated and cooled by a small amount of internal leakage oil, which is returned to the tank through the leakage port, ensuring long-term stable operation.
